No training, you figure everything by yourself and expecting you to excel Funny to say but they are racist! Product full of bugs!!! Those bossy colleagues that thinks they are better and acts like they own the company Office politics at its finest! Manager who doesnt care, will never reply to your messages and throw you under the bus when the CEO gets mad People are overworked! HR does not reply when you ask for a raise Management will treat you like a slave! Id say skip this company, the worst culture I ever been with. Performance validation does not exist on this company only assumptions and blaming their people. Worst! Worst! Worst! Layoff people when they reach 2-3 yrs of tenure!!
