If there isn't a security or client problem, management moves very slowly, if at all, when trying to resolve an issue. They make wild promises during the interviews and extremely limited 1 on 1s. Like promotions, pay increases, opportunity within the company. That's all blatantly just trying to get you to do enough grunt work until you burn out. Positive reviews for this company are only from upper management trying to make it seem like what it isn't. The benefits are a joke and they are always looking to take more from you rather than give. You'll give up friendships, relationships, and family time for this company and you will get a yearly 'happy anniversary' shoutout in the pointless company newsletter.
