Best Company in the Industry!

Pros

Great culture and people-- the national/regional sales teams are comprised of some of the most experienced in the industry, so lots of opportunity to be mentored, learn and grow your business. Highly entrepreneurial so you're empowered (and accountable) to be the "Co-CEO" of your branch. Corporate team is one of the most supportive I've been around to help you overcome any issues.

Cons

This is a growing company so lots of changes going on and sometimes can feel overwhelming. But work/life balance is up to you, and if you persevere, you'll find this is a rewarding career, not just a job, of supplying the best products and satisfying your customers. You need to be an agile, self-starter, open to feedback from various people, all of whom have the best of intentions to help each other.

Pros

Salary was great compared to competitors.

Cons

Weekend work. Extremely top heavy with management who micromanaged everything you did; not clear on who was my real boss was since I had more than 10 people telling me what to do and how to do it.

Good money, a ton of hours

Pros

Compensation is above average. It is a growing company and the president of the company has a vision and belief that people should be respected.

Cons

Hours are long! Employees typically work 12 hour days, five days a week. In addition, they are expected to work an additional weekend in addition to. Turnover is high. Not a lot of defined processes.
