Pros
Family owned company which is very generous to the employess that they identify as key players. This companys business plan is to overpay for team members that are business critical and to compensate by running a very lean and often understaffed operation.
Cons
Branches are understaffed and hours for management often exceed 60 hours per week. Business plan often changes week to week. There is a very high turnover rate which is very suprising when you consider the fact that this company usually overpays its team members by an averave of 20 percent.
