Hours can be long at times.

Post global pandemic, we are dialing in further on the needs of our employees out in the field with some of our leadership team spending 80% of their time travelling to our branches to speak to local teams directly. It is wonderful to hear feedback that these changes are already being felt.

Most people are very easy to work with in the company.

Cons

Can be stressful at times. Lots of fires small fires to put out pretty often which can sometimes put stress on those answering calls and putting in orders.
