We do know that many companies are experimenting with WFH opportunities, however due to our customer focused culture and tangible products we do feel it is best to continue to meet, and be available to our customers, face to face.

      Network with business owners. Decent pay

      Cons

      People don’t want to buy from Emser because of constant issues with logistics and pricing. Little to no training or support for employees. Unrealistic expectations and little resources. Makes it easy for competitors to beat us. Simplify everything. Very poor sales culture. Pricing is not competitive besides at a few top accounts.
