Cons

Need better staffing models. If anyone quits, you are officially screwed. Need the ability to have atleast one person in the pipeline in a part time capacity to help fill any staffing gaps and eventually replace ft role with no lapse in business

Pros

Good pay if they recruit you from another company they value. They also hire good people so you get to work with some good folks.

Cons

They are their own worst enemy. There really isn't any official leadership and the intervention from the family can create a lot of chaos. They have built quite a company and it's time they allow the good people they hire to take the wheel and run it. The company requires a lot of work and most are willing to put in the time. However, they allow subjective input from the partners or other specific company individuals to dictate how to handle a certain person, initiative or selling area vs. objective performance management or listening to their sales leaders.
