Pros

Designing kitchens and bathrooms was fun.

Cons

No annual raises unless you beg for a review. If you make a mistake, be ready to be ridiculed in front of co-workers and customers. See something, DON’T say anything…they will find a way to fire you. Long, unnecessary hours with no breaks

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. We pride ourselves in our entrepreneurial spirit and are pleased that you felt the culture within your branch. Unfortunately, we were not immune to the effects of the economy and we had to make tough decisions with regard to headcount both in sales and operations.
