This is a company that has went from having no training program a few years back, to having an extremely effective online training course called IBT. As of 2 weeks of employment in the Warehouse. I have had a great trainer and has allowed me to follow him and learn. If you have a great trainer(s) in the warehouse, you will get the hang of the job quickly. Fun, family oriented environment.

Cons

No scheduled raises, but there are raises after performance reviews. Management can be a little unorganized at times.

They start giving you their history and training you properly as soon as you walk in the door on your first day. The on line training program is top notch and by far the best I've seen in the tile industry.

Cons

So far I don't have any cons.

I worked for Emser Tile for several years, the culture is great. My coworkers we're for the most part fantastic. The compensation was adequate but nothing to "write Home About". Emser's training programs are first rate.

Cons

Turn over is rampant mostly due to over management and lack of support on critical, income altering issues

I am a new team member to Emser Tile and I am so glad I made the job switch to this company! They really care about each of their employees and encourage and promote growth and knowledge in a supportive interactive way! They have a very effective training program that allows you to watch, listen, and do! They build you up with confidence and never leave you feeling alone or lost.

I would have to say that Emser Tile is one of the best companies I've worked for. They have a training program designed for every position within the Emser Tile Family. They teach you the fundamentals of Tile,Manufacturing Processes, Safety, and much more. Great training program and overall great company to work for.

Cons

I do not have any negative comments to say about Emser Tile.
