Pros
Great place to work, learn and build skills. Very few companies I know in Bangalore provide such a conducive environment to work. You get to work on the cutting edge technologies and with best people in the industry.
Cons
No focus on work life balance, work happens in bursts, either a lot of load or none. Otherwise very happy with work culture.
