Pros
Good boss, good job, technically interesting and challenging enough, good/smart coworkers.
Cons
Aetna health care plan is poor. Too high a deductible, and too high out of pocket maximums every year. Every other company I've worked at, had a better plan. Unfortunately, this was a deal breaker for me, and I left because of it.
