Broad portfolio of companies in the manufacturing sector. Varied locations, international. Sound leadership with a strong cascading strategy and execution. Excellent safety and lean manufacturing program.

Cons

Some growth pains during M&A activities for the leadership team. A bit too much employee turn at the Director/VP level during major changes created disparity in the strategic message.
