Pros

Dual bottom line culture, hybrid work environment, great benefits including unlimited PTO. Company cultivates an environment where you can thrive within and outside of work. Culture is full of folks who truly care about one another.

Cons

Maternity leave is not as much as other companies I've worked for, but the unlimited PTO supplements this.
