Pros

Great work life balance for mid-level personnel, very hands-off approach to management which provides an atmosphere that does not leave you feeling micromanaged, the pay is competitive but you really have to advocate for yourself.

Cons

Work can be mundane at times and overworking of junior staff can be an issue.
