Pros

The company as a whole really believes in what it presents. The people are helpful and friendly and know their business very well. This is the type of company whereby you can grow with while increasing your own knowledge base and experience along the way. Supportive, great benefits, steady work.

Cons

Branches sometimes feel like the red headed step child of the company. More involvement would increase moral across the board.

Pros

Your peers and support staff are the best in the business. If you are self-motivated, hard-working, want to learn, and thrive, ENSAFE is the place for you. Outstanding benefits and generous time off, including bonus holidays in December. For a company of our size, our employee portions are extremely low. EnSafe also has an ESOP, so you feel like an owner. Very strong commitment to well-being of employees through a strong health and safety culture. Great work/life balance and flexibility.

Cons

As ENSAFE grows, continue to maintain the key elements of what made you successful (recognizing and rewarding key performers). Increase contributions to the ESOP.
