Autonomy, very smart coworkers, open financials, good leadership/management team, employee ownership

Cons

Mentoring and retention of junior/mid-level employees is lacking (especially of ones who could be future leaders in company), too much dead weight at top levels of technical employees

Company is full of hacks and frauds.

Cons

Company does not pay out employees stock ownership. I left over a year ago and they still refuse to pay what I was vested for. Complete garbage company.
