Very friendly work environment and management Encourage new ideas in both product and process Very flat and transparent organization Value knowledge. If you learn the product and the services and are dedicated you can go far. Great opportunity to work with the USA healthcare industry I have been encouraged in many ways over the years in terms of both remuneration and position

No pros at all... Main or only reason anyone works in a company is for pay... This company pays all employees once in 2 months....And no benefits like PF, Insurance etc... very very bad work culture....
