The company has good pension but it will only starts after 5yrs service, vacation and monthly day off are great, great bonus

Cons

The work itself is very frustrating, not too much onboard training, learn base on your own understanding, no one has backup, no one know what’s your colleague does, the wrong process has been used, no one seems care, process change constantly, you feel you was drag to all different directions all the time, most people working there just for pension
