no raises last 6 years, too many schedulers, planners, bosses and too few front-line workers, no respect, dangerous working conditions, clueless management, imaginary safety culture, poor communication, and little assistance from engineering, too many workers in middle management with nothing to do except hold meetings and take up production workers time. too many demands on larger projects with no assistance for completion
