It's okay, but not the same place it once was
Pros
Coworkers were always excellent. The company was full of passionate people that cared deeply things were run well, safe and reliable. The company was extremely lucky to have people that would go to bat to fix issues time and time again without question because they loved what they do. It was a fun job as a result of working with good people.
Cons
Erosion of Engineering and technical departments over the years made it increasingly difficult to make decisions, be nimble and quick in an uptime focused utility. Dramatic shift in leadership once AM took over that permeated through the entire company. Mangement was revolving doors at all levels, priorities were constantly on the move it was total chaos for a number of years. I hope that things have improved since.
