-Bullying and discriminatory behavior. -No sense of teamwork. -Disorganized most of the time. -If anyone is jealous and doesn't like you, expect gossip to spread, and have people manipulated against you which will result in you never getting a positive yearly performance review, promotion, raise or any type of advancement again. Then expect to be terminated or part of the next layoff. I have seen this many times over the years. -Close minded middle management. -Houston is well known in Canada of being a terrible office. -Racial gangs. -Management change a lot. Employees change a lot. Contractors change a lot. -Real Supply Chain Experience and Supply Chain Degrees are worthless. -Almost zero chance for development. -Unfair treatment of employees' along racial/ethnic divisions (favoritism by supervisors and managers). -Layoffs after Layoffs after Layoffs. -Pay cuts, bonuses cut while executives are provided bonuses during downturns. -I did worked as a contractor before I was an employee (which is rare). I can say contractors are treated like second rate citizens. Most are strung along year after year with very low pay thinking one day they will become an employee. Nope, just wishful thinking! The contractors just wasted their time and lost out on other opportunities with real benefits and pay.
