      They had showers for employees (I had to dig deep for a positive)

      Cons

      I have worked at over 10 companies in my career (I am a consultant). This is the WORST place I have ever worked at. If you are in IT, avoid it. - no one willing to make decisions - poor communication - too many decision layers - politics, politics, politics

      Good money, Bad executives

      Pros

      - Great pay and benefits package; excellent pension options. - Lots of learning opportunities and courses provided.

      Cons

      - WAY too top heavy; executive team doesn't seem to care about people, and this is only getting worse as the Spectra deal comes closer. - HR does not help with anything when you go to them for assistance, in fact, they asked ME to suggest a solution to the problem I asked for help with. WTH? - Current feeling is one of major stress. Everyone is walking on eggshells, and they have been this way for over 6 months, waiting to see if they will be let go. - Very uptight culture, run by old cronies.
