One month you may be working towards a goal until management decides that is not important anymore, regardless of how much time, effort or money they may have expended. Career advancement is nothing but talk as managers play favorites and promote based on popularity.

Disorganized, lacking direction and senior leadership. Low morale. One on the worst IT interactions. No career advancement. High workload with a do more with less mentally. Does not have time to do it right but will make the time up, to do it again!
