- They have a great comprehensive compensation package (benefits, pension, salary). - There are many training opportunities throughout the year. - There are some great people working there.

Cons

- Company vision is not communicated and translated well down through middle management in a way that translates into aligned goals - The experience and expertise of front-line employees is not utilized well in management decisions - Non-managerial staff are not empowered to improve the workplace; people are not rewarded for showing courage and trying to change things for the better leading to a "good enough" culture

If you were in early -tons of advancement opportunities- simply for just being there and being able to fog a mirror with your breath.

Tremendous growth bringing reduction in quality at management and exec level. In practice it is just impossible to honour the business mantra "people are our highest priority" when you don't hire persons who actually possess the competencies that are professed to be important. There is just no excuse in the modern world to have poor management. Getting to big and people get lost in the shuffle,
