when your manager is good, this place is great to work at good general health benefits excellent work-life balance base pay is low, but the "bonus" is pretty reliably paid out

Cons

people get moved around at random all the time without any explanation so your career isn't in your own hands AND direction from management changes regularly so it's hard to get any useful work done. embarrassing maternity leave pay. if you like to see progress for the work you do, this place is a massive company therefore moves at the exact pace of a dead snail
