Pros

Generally forward-thinking and open to new ideas, at least in principle. Comfortable place to work, with lots of formal learning opportunities through the Enbridge University.

Cons

Despite espousing a care for employees, most of it just feels like propaganda - ultimately the bottom line is all that matters. Contractor wages were recently cut, while the board gave themselves a raise.

Calgary is very political, more important to be nice than adding value to the company, knowledge is hugged closely to advance rather than shared, several toxic environment, might be better now after the last reorgs
