Good benefits and looks to stay competitive in salary. I do not know about field personnel positions

Cons

Many positions have a high workload. Do not be surprised if analyst and higher position require steady overtime. Likes to claim poverty to employees for layoffs and additional hires, but pays good dividends and claims financial success to investors.

Was a great company before it merged with Spectra Energy. Felt like a small company. Had tons of company functions and gatherings. Management was personable and cared.

Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement. Not a diverse enough culture. The board of directors needs to be more diverse.
