Large company with good benefits and yearly bonuses.

Cons

Lots of change taking place. Management in transition and merging of utilities in Ontario created lots of employment uncertainty. Still going through that.

Pros

The engineering group does a lot of work regarding the maintenance, and the building of new natural gas systems to support growth. The work is very rewarding and quite enjoyable once you get the hang of the process an dknow what youre doing. Stations Eng and distribution planning were very closely tied which i enjoyed.

Cons

Some individuals in the department are not very easy going and often very rude. Displays of frustration over minor issues are quite common. Very overly stressed and miserable group and poor leadership and managment styles.
