      Lots of opportunities to get involved, decent pay, great company values of integrity, safety and respect. Is acquiring Spectra Energy to diversify portfolio.

      Cons

      Lack of 9/80 work schedule in Houston, decision making is slow but may get better with new organizational structure (soon to be announced).
