Pros

Easy commute to the office, big town job in a small town. Great opportunities for learning, and great programs for work-life balance (i.e. Flex Friday).

Cons

A lot of uncertainty in the past couple of years during the merger with Enbridge Gas.

Very poor leadership and environment ever since Enbridge took over Union Gas. Multiple layoffs ongoing in order to eventually shut down the former Union Gas head office in Chatham in near term.
