Cons

Management often does not follow through on what they say. Very weak link between performance based pay(bonus) and results that you have actual control over.

The offer a decent Salary, good pension and benefits. One scheduled day off per month and usually a bonus pay out.

Cons

For the last three years there was to much job insecurity and layoffs. Depending on your manager or supervisor there was a lot of favoritism going on.

Excellent compensation package. Relatively stress free, high respect for personal time. Huge investment in community. Company encourages employees to get involved. People complaining should just leave and make room for those who are excited to be part of this company.

Cons

Bad attitude from legacy spectra people who are never happy. They drag everyone else down.
