      Company direction under new CEO has taken a turn for the worse

      Pros

      Great team, and very solid leaders, at least up to executive level. High performance culture (not for everyone but I like it) and strong track record of results - financial and otherwise.

      Cons

      Last few years under new CEO the focus on employees has really diminished. Lots of employee takeaways, layoffs, cutting investment in things that matter to people, no interest in listening to concerns. And the worst - changes to FlexWork (hybrid) policy that could have been a win for people are disrupting or upending majority of office workers. Leaders also getting zero flexibility (5 days in office, no flex on schedule or location permitted).
