      Good benefits, decent amount of corporate concern for well-being, etc. If you have a good leader, it can be a rewarding workplace.

      Cons

      Fetish for "leadership" and the "wisdom" of leaders can lead to rewarding bad behavior at upper levels, to less effective ideas, and time wasted and frustration over constant change. Also, too many silos and not nearly enough collaboration.
