Enbridge Sr. Management values employees and shows it in several employee centered events. The pay is very competitive and the projects are interesting.

Cons

Supervisors and managers that have been in their jobs for over 10 years should either be moved around or moved out,

Pros

Competitive pay to START and nice benefits package. However the competitive pay to start quickly becomes a liability once it is realized that being considered for a promotion based off of performance is impossible.

Cons

Collecting the exact same pay, and being overlooked for countless contractors during years of excellent performance can no longer considered competitive.

Recent changes to the promoted and advertised flex work policy are causing major disruptions and turnover. If you are looking there are positions.

Cons

See the note above this. Comp is very low. Flexibility was the adder to get there comp wise. Now that flexibility is gone, it all comes back to below market comp.
