Excellent people culture, tough environmental factors

Good benefits, decent pension, competitive parental leave for a non government company, excellent people culture, good work life balance, free on site parking

Cons

Main office location is not central, salaries are not competitive to outside market (HR compares them to internal employees). Lots of federal pressure to reduce natural gas markets from OEB and federal government, so lots of expense management happening.
