Pros
The newer employees are great people and there are some great relationships to be made in that regard.
Cons
Out of respect for your time i will only mention a few. The core employees are all worked for the same company prior to ER. This also applies to some of the upper management as well. You will find out in your first few months that these particular employees are also inexperienced yet continually getting promotions and growth opps despite their inexperience and poor performance that directly affects the bottom line negatively. The team is intertwined with several relationships that are direct conflict of interests and they do not take kindly to outsiders or correcting any core issues that are plaguing the company. I never write reviews on companies because my experience does not always mean it will be the same for everyone but this company does such a good job of fooling everyone about how fun it is and its actually horrific. The marketing team is exceptional as they constantly post and barrage social media with party pics, selfies, and events making the viewer believe this place is amazing. That may apply to employees from the company referenced above but for outsiders not so much. Im not sure how Houston rates its best places to work but after being at this company i no longer trust that award.
