Employees and Managers are welcoming, trying to bring the best experience not only for the guests of the Hotel, but for the employees also.

Cons

in slower periods, you might not get enough hours of work.

Shift meal, employees are mostly very nice and friendly, solid benefits program.

Cons

The place has gone downhill in every regard. The resort is nickel and diming the guests and the employees, turnover is insane, you routinely pick up the slack after others and then get told off for doing it, despite the fact that ignoring the aforementioned slack gets you in trouble as well. The management is hostile and rude, every person worth a damn left the place.

A tremendous commitment for today and over the next 5 years with people and the facilities . The opportunity is available in every department, if you want to reach for it and make it your's as part of the team. An incredible location and a fun environment.

Cons

Full staffing is always a challenge but you work through it wherever you are and there is certainly a lot of effort to address it.
