      Pros

      Location: This place was so close to home for me.

      Cons

      Bad management. A lot of micromanagement. Always trying to do more with less. They throw you to the wolves, no training, high expectations.

      Pros

      Many of the employees have been at EH for a long time. Retention in health care is challenging, but well appreciated and it reflects in the quality of services provided. Management is fair, structured and receptive. CEO is strong and decisive, yet dedicated to creating a family like environment with employee holiday potlucks and staff appreciation. As part of the front line, as a Liaison, it feels good to hear patients relay their positive comments about EH. Work life balance is valued and benefits start the first day. It's a Fortune 500 company, expanding, and the stock does well! Overall, it's probably the best company I have worked for.

      Cons

      Employee must front out-of-state travel expenses for training which is reimbursed, but inconvenient. Bonus structure could be better, it seems out of date with the high inflation, and compared to previous employers.
