Pros

They promise to care for their staff and patients but it is a lie

Cons

No training, nurse manager and CNO are unqualified and unrealistic and take no accountability but like to point fingers. No help, high patient load, and patients do not belong there, they take anyone, they just want money and don’t care about the safety of the staff or patients. Cut corners when they can.
