Pay is awful, too much work for so little pay

The work culture is toxic. Lack of interdepartmental communication. Upward mobility nonexistent. However, I cannot say that for every location. Each location's processes depends on the leadership at that facility. So far within the last 1-2yrs, I've seen so many intelligent and qualified ppl, even within leadership/management leave and all cite our current facility CEO as the reason. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem that regional or national leadership notices this ongoing trend. Or perhaps they do and just don't see a need for change.
