Positive environment in the patient care areas, support from the overall team, motivated Patients, post acute care,

Income is completely dependent on the census. My actual salary was 20K less than the amount I was budgeted for per PeopleSoft. In the interview it was said that cutting hours because of the census was rare, However this was not true at the Bryan location for 2024. The CNO does not look at the number of respiratory patients but the total hospital census which is not relative for our workload.
