      Fair pay and benefits for RN's

      Cons

      Seem to focus too much on "numbers". Non caring about what is actually going on. Nurse patient ratio way too high and they expect way too much of the RN. Policing the RNT's to make sure they do their job and also try to accomplish taking care of 8 patients. Don't take into account the acuity of the patients. Admissions of certain patients that really don't qualify for "rehab", like for example hoyer lift patients, why????
