      Accountability and leadership Micromanagement Lack of support The company transitioned and restructured 3 times in less than one year with former CEO and Founder leaving with many in key management and leadership roles departing leaving a complete void and lack of leadership.

      Great salary and supposed potential for monthly bonus. Haven’t seen any bonuses.

      Cons

      1. Unattainable goals. 2. Rules change week to week and month to month. 3. Extreme pressure, stress, ineffective/negative communication, unprofessional and dishonest behavior, strained relationships between employees caused often by office leadership.
