Heavy workload and long hours without appropriate compensation, no director for extended periods of time, high turnover, office politics/gossip, retribution and lack of recourse for grievances, lack of respect for CM department in general

Sick/Vacation all in 1 bank - If you leave you loose it all!!! They don't pay out vacation despite Arizona law. Long Hours - Your expected to stay until all work is done, no matter what. They don't care about work/life balance. You are expected to do tasks that you are not trained or qualified for, which puts their patients in danger. When you complain, you get reprimanded and treated like a dog. Management picks favorites, gossips and does not offer support. They get angry and bad mouth you to your own peers if you are absent, scheduled or sick. Management at Health South needs a lot of improvement. A LOT of gossip and bad mouthing of peers occurs at this facility, mostly by management and even some physicians.
