Nursing department constantly short staffed. Expanded to more hospital bedrooms in Ocala, but also can’t fill rooms due to staff shortages, yet company keeps expanding to more facilities across Florida. HR doesn’t care about employees, just what benefits company (which is nearly every HR anywhere, anyway). They will put off any type of pay raises, based on the required minimum wage for Florida or when the annual pay raise will be. You won’t get more than a few cents per annual pay raise, if you work near to $15 or less.
