      Pros

      smoke breaks, treating people, you learn teamwork due to understaffed scheduling, food, endless amount of hours available if you want to be a cheap work slave

      Cons

      always understaffed, low pay, high turnover rate, management made promises but didn’t keep them , old building & equipment, forced workers to stay overnight due to “snow” without proper pay and the weather was in drivable conditions

      Pros

      The pay was decent. The benefits were phenomenal. The location was prime. Coworkers were wonderful, helpful and supportive. I don't really have 20 words of Pros to report on this location of the company.

      Cons

      Management didn't want to listen to problems with the facility. Staffing was a nightmare. There is a staffing coordinator who doesn't do anything to do with staffing. Poor employee support in both personal and company matters.

      Excellent experience for LPNs in this area, you will acquire a lot of med surg skills.

      Cons

      Management does not care about the challenges of the floor, acuity plays NO role in patient ratios, staff can be very back stabby
