Terrible management. No communication. Nasty and degrading staff. Techs boss the RNs around or are just ignorant. No wonder they are so short staffed: 16-17 nurse to patient ratio! Terrible insurance with high deductible. Schedule is only provided for a few weeks ahead of time. Told certain things during interview that changed upon hire. Timecards adjusted to save money. Terrible orientation with different preceptors and units every day with nobody doing things the same way. Expressed concerns with no solution. Feels like a nursing home and definitely not a rehab. Persuaded to lie on initial patient scoring so insurance pays. Quit with zero notice since that's the respect I received working there. Do NOT recommend this company!

Very poor management within the office. Most managers do not know what they're doing. Almost everyone walking around the building is a supervisor or manager of some sort. Degrees do not matter in this office. They simply pass down work they can't handle. They promote workers who are unfit for the job and keep good working employees at the same level. Very little room for growth. They state that you can grow here but you simply cant. It might be possible that you can go up one or two positions at max after a few years but that is it. They rather hire a temp and give them double the pay of a seasoned employee then invest internally. If you are serious about your life and career choose somewhere else to go. You will be limited to jobs and location. If the management views you as a threat they will make up false incidents to get you to leave. I have personally seen multiple great employees fired for doing nothing wrong but being disliked by upper management. No one speaks up due to being scared of being stuck in the same position and/or retaliation. This office once had a good culture. That is no longer the case.
