HealthSouth Largo is a danger to public health and safety. They are severely understaffed and treat the patients as if they are nothing more than a cash in for the corrupt corporate leader's bonuses. The leadership is corrupt and unethical. They do not support their employees and force them to work under impossible conditions. No work-life balance and overtime is mandatory with no time off. Patient safety and the medical professionals that work for them are put at risk. They have no morals or values for the healthcare field, everything is about money and profit. If you want to stay alive to get appropriate and effective treatment for condition needing rehabilitation... Stay away from HealthSouth!

Management is power hungry and ego driven. Putting they're needs above all else. Management (and I refused to use the term Leadership) is more concerned with controlling employees and disciplining than listening to their complaints or needs. They care nothing for staff. All they are focused on are getting "heads in beds" at all costs. No regard for admin, marketing, admissions, or clinical staff. They are in dire straights and the CEO is desperate. Turnover is rampant. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY IN TUCSON. I cannot speak for other cities.
