Pros

Benefits are decent and start when you do.

Cons

Micromanaging, poor management, regional management does not care, high turnover rate, and retaliation if you don't comply are just a few worth mentioning. CEO and CNO are two of the worst leaders I have ever worked under. If I could give negative Stars, I would.

Pros

There are no pros with this company.

Cons

- Once you reach management level you have to work onsite 3x/week, no extra compensation is provided even for those living 30+ minutes away near their original location. - They provide lunch and breakfast for onsite employees once a week but is a benefit that wouldn't be possible to provide every employee due to their location not having enough space. Is not great to have a benefit that not everyone would even be able to take part in. - There are a few who are not this way but too many of the managers back up corporate's toxic rules rather than fight for what the employees they manage deserve. - They regularly add new hospitals, merge teams and do other movement that creates more work and responsibilities for the salaried employees but when this happens there is never an increase in pay to match the increased work load. They do however expect for these employees to then work 50-60 hours (if I worked this much I would make less an hour than I did before receiving this promotion) to meet these unrealistic deadlines. - CEO Mark Tarr makes over $8 million a year but pays as low as $14 an hour for employees who then struggle to feed their families. - The company made over $500 million in net worth in 2024 and instead of investing some of that money into paying their employees they overwork fair compensation, they decided instead to open more hospitals thus creating more work for their already overworked employees. - During their management training they openly discourage the talk of and idea of unions. It was discouraged in a way that was most likely illegal. - They discourage the individuality of their employees and encourage the idolization of corporate. - Any crumb that is provided to you will be used as leverage if you ever push back on any of their toxic and abusive procedures. - HR, and some managers, will only attempt to gaslight and redirect blame in your direction if any issues are brought up. - They state things like how a degree will be worked into a higher compensation but then don't support those claims with following through. - Experience is not considered when it comes to your pay. You could have been in a role for years and end up being paid less than someone who was hired to that role yesterday. - The only department I have ever heard getting changes in their pay due to inequality in pay is the training department. Other than that HR will dismiss your complaints and state there is nothing they can do. There is favoritism in play. - In the eyes of corporate and higher management any issue that occurs is blamed on the employees, never the processes or abusive culture. - They state they are open to hearing feedback and will work on creating a better work environment but during the 4 years I have worked here they continue to get worse despite how the same issues are brought up every year but many employees.
