Management, including direct boss and everyone above her are incompetent and cannot do the role of rehab liaison. Anytime help is asked for, they ask another RL to help knowing they too are busy - the reason for this is because they simply do not know how to do the role. They have to be out in the field 4 days per week, which basically consists of my boss sitting there watching us work at our territories and micromanaging, which is unnecessary, given that she does not even know how to do the job herself. When you are terminated, the PTO you accrued you no longer get, and the insurance apparently ends the next day. Also, your retirement contributions are not vested until you are with the company for 3 years. For such a large company that claims they are so great, they sure do not know how to treat their own.
